A Virtual Taste Of Calabria Dream yourself away for a moment to a happy place at the toe of the Italian boot. This region was called Enotria in ancient times, and now it is known as Calabria. Learn about wine in Calabria while you kick back on the couch with a glass of wine close at hand. We will explore different wine areas starting with Cirò by the Ionian Sea in the northeastern part of Calabria and then continue to Cosenza, Saracena, the Tyrrhenian coast, and end in in Bianco in the far south. Gaglioppo is the grape with a big G in Calabria, however, we will also look closer at Greco bianco, Mantonico, Magliocco, and Moscatello di Saracena. I will adapt the session according to the wines you manage to find on my wine list. Sessions can also be tailor-made to your wishes.
